In the first recruitment stage your CV will be analyzed in detail from the point of view of current recruitment needs. If you meet the requirements for a given position, you will be invited to an interview after an introductory telephone conversation.
During the interview with a representative of our HR department you will have the opportunity to present your professional experience and skills. In some recruitment procedures one of our experts also participates in the interview.
Depending on the position in question, at this stage you may also be asked to solve a test, which will verify your knowledge by presenting you with practical problems.
In the next recruitment stage you participate in an interview with one of our project managers from the team which is looking for an employee with a given profile.
